Booking, payment, and store terms.

Please review these terms before booking an appointment or completing an online store purchase.

Appointment Card-On-File Policy

A valid payment card is required to request and confirm an appointment. Bab & Co. uses Stripe to securely collect and store payment details. Bab & Co. does not receive or store full card numbers.

Your card is not charged when you request an appointment unless a deposit or prepaid service is clearly shown before payment. Your card may be charged only for the purposes stated in this policy.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time. Color corrections, major color services, bridal services, extension services, or appointments scheduled for 2 hours or more may require at least 48 hours' notice.

A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for a confirmed appointment and does not cancel or reschedule within the required cancellation window. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show if the service can no longer be completed without disrupting later appointments.

If you no-show or cancel late, you authorize Bab & Co. to charge the card on file a no-show or late-cancellation fee of up to $50.00. The fee is intended to compensate the salon for reserved time and lost appointment availability.

Bab & Co. may waive the fee at its discretion for emergencies, severe weather, illness, or circumstances outside the client's control. If Bab & Co. cancels or reschedules the appointment, no no-show or late-cancellation fee applies.

Payment Authorization And Stripe

By completing the Stripe card-on-file step, you authorize Stripe to save your payment method and authorize Bab & Co. to initiate an off-session charge only if the stated no-show or late-cancellation policy applies.

If the card on file is declined, expired, removed, or otherwise invalid, Bab & Co. may require a new valid card before accepting future bookings.

Questions or disputes about a no-show or late-cancellation charge should be sent to babandcohairdesigners@gmail.com or 317-844-8885 within 7 days of the charge.

Online Store And Delivery

Online store purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Bab & Co. does not receive or store full card numbers.

Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and the final payment total are shown before payment is submitted.

Shipping is calculated from Bab & Co.'s origin ZIP code 46033 to the delivery ZIP code provided by the customer. If the final delivery address changes after checkout or a carrier adjustment applies, Bab & Co. may contact the customer before shipment.

Orders ship only after payment succeeds. Tracking information will be provided when available.

If an item is unavailable after purchase, Bab & Co. may offer a substitution, delayed shipment, pickup, or refund.

Disclosures And Governing Law

Bab & Co. states required fees before checkout and before card-on-file authorization so customers can review the material terms before submitting payment details.

These terms are intended to support clear disclosure requirements under applicable federal consumer protection rules and Indiana consumer protection law, including laws prohibiting deceptive or misleading fee practices.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
